Shallow Pool Session + Deep Pool Session

- Pool Skills: Dynamic Start, Finning Technique, streamline body position, etc.
- Static breath-hold
- Rescue and buddy system
- Dynamic apnea (horizontal under water swimming) and safety procedures,
- Duck Dive and equalisation

- Relaxation position

- FIM basic
- Duck dive
- Line orientation
- CWT dive 10-20m
- Freediving Level 1 performance requirement
