The Importance of Freediving Training

More than just an activity, freediving is a sport. It requires regular training to progress and feel the lasting mental and physical benefits.

Unlocking Your Potential

Freediving is more than just a sport - it's a transformative journey of self-discovery. Proper training allows you to push the boundaries of your physical and mental capabilities, uncovering hidden strengths and gaining a profound understanding of your mind-body connection.

Mastering the Mental Game

Freediving is as much a mental challenge as a physical one. With the right training, you'll cultivate the mental discipline, focus, and stress management techniques to achieve a state of flow and perform at your peak, even in the most demanding dive conditions.

Optimizing Performance

Structured freediving training is essential for honing your skills and enhancing your overall performance. Through targeted exercises, you'll build lung capacity, improve mobility, and develop the physiological adaptations needed to thrive in the underwater realm.

All this element is thought in our courses. For Dry training we are offering Dry Equalisation workshop for you to work on your equalisation during freediving or practise Dry equalisation on Dry land to prepare for your freediving trip.

Dry Equalisation Workshop

We offer dry equalisation workshop for you to practise your equalisation to prepare for your freediving trip. This workshop also suitable for thos who has problem on equalising their ears for them to understand what main cause for it and how to train to overcome their freediving equalising issue

Pool Training Sessions

The swimming pool has its own disciplines: Static (STA), Dynamic (DYN), Dynamic with Bifins (DYNB), and Dynamic No Fins (DNF). They all require repetition to master the specific techniques, increase CO2 tolerance, and increase the capacity to handle low oxygen levels. If you are more inspired by the open water aspects of freediving, pool training is also a great tool to improve the specifics of your technique and prepare for your future open water sessions.

Skills training

Train MDR and also practise the fundamental Freediving skills such as efficient finning styles, streamline, turning, arms stroke and neutral buoyancy in pool.

Deep pool Training

Master equalization techniques to manage pressure changes in your ears during descents and ascents, ensuring comfortable dives.

Co2 table and safety training

Be comfortable with the urge to breath and be better at it and Practice rescue skills and buddy systems to ensure a safe and controlled environment for freediving training.

Depth Training Progression

Nothing fully replaces open water training when it comes to progressing in terms of depth. Freediving to depth requires adaptation, and therefore, repetition in open water, along with plenty of patience.
